Manage Module

The manage module allows the users to track the progress of the payment term optimization process. It shows the status of different suppliers and how much cash flow is in each of the stages of the process. It also shows how the average payment terms increase with the new agreed terms.

In this video, I will be giving an overview of the Manage Module. This module allows us to track the progress of negotiations and view the actions taken by suppliers. I will explain the charts displayed in the module, such as the payment terms and cash flow target overview. The video also highlights the different stages of supplier engagement, from analysis to planning and contact. No specific action is requested from viewers, but understanding the Manage Module will help us effectively track supplier progress.

0:00 - Hello everyone, um to I'm going to talk to you about the Manage Module. The Manage Module is right here on the left.

0:09 - It was added to be able to track the progress on the negotiations and see what suppliers have done. The Manage Module has agreed versus what was analyzed plan or who have already been contacted and are under negotiation.

0:25 - Uh on the top we have a couple of single simple charts. We have the payment terms on the left. Starting from the contractual or the actual contractual terms.

0:36 - It's 34 days. The target is 69 days based on the opportunity and the targets set on the platform. And as you can see the bar is showing the progress of what has begun.

0:48 - In ah achieved so far. So we've jumped from 34 days to 36 days on average on the whole portfolio. That's an increase of 5.71%.

1:01 - Now here on the on the chart on the right. We We- have the cash flow target overview. This full amount the total cash flow matches the cash flow that we have in the opportunity.

1:12 - And it's divided on what is remaining to be negotiated. What has been achieved so far. And if part of the.

1:20 - I uh opportunity was negotiated but was not achieved then we will see it here as missed cash flow. Then on the bottom we have uh this uh same bar but it's just dividing uh the bar into the different statuses that we found down here.

1:40 - So we have uh uh 1% of the suppliers that have been analyzed. Analyzed means that the opportunity has been estimated but uh you have not done anything about it yet.

1:53 - The next stage is planned. Most of the suppliers in this uh uh span file are uh in this stage. They already have been included to any phase of the of the plan in the plan module.

2:09 - So we have them here. Uh the next stage is contacted. So once a supplier has been in a plan and then you start negotiations with that supplier, then you can turn the contact data.

2:22 - That means this is uh undergoing going. Thank watching. Uh and after you have contacted the suppliers and they have agreed or not agreed to the new payment terms.

2:33 - Uh you save the payment terms in the supplier card and it moves to agreed terms. Okay. Uh all the field filters, the global filters, uh can be applied here.

2:44 - You can filter by specific plan or by specific team or by specific uh uh user. Whatever you want to uh filter, you can filter this view and then you will be able to see all the suppliers and what are the stages.

2:59 - The goal is to move all the suppliers from the left to the right. Hope you enjoy. Thank you.
