ADA Platform Overview

In this introduction video, we cover a brief overview of the entire ADA Platform and all of the modules, which you will learn more about in the upcoming courses and lessons.

0:00 - Welcome to the ADA platform. This video provides a brief overview of the entire platform. Each mentioned feature has a more detailed video in the ADA academy.

0:16 - To change platform settings and upload your company data, access the top right icon in the drop-down menu.

0:26 - In the drop-down menu, find the 'Super Filter' to select specific conditions for spend metrics across all ADA platform modules.

0:39 - On the left-hand side, a ribbon displays all modules. Let's briefly go through each:

0:48 - is the home module. This is where you see your recent notifications, updated info on the spend file, recently viewed modules, any supplier notes which you've added.

0:57 - Next module is the analyze module. It is where you see the current view of your portfolio of the suppliers which were matched by thanks watching!

1:04 - On the overview tab, we see here the payment terms, buyer leverage, the spend volume which was matched, the buying entities as well as other charts that you can download.

1:15 - Next tab is the list view. This is where you can view the data and in the list either as a supplier, spend line, or ultimate parent.

1:23 - You can download every list into Excel format with this button here and each module has their own list. The next module is the program module.

1:32 - This is where you create a program can view what the payment term opportunity is as well as the expected payment terms which you're likely to achieve.

1:39 - The cash flow opportunity, the total spend volume along with other groups that you've created with charts. We you guys. We wish also has a nine box overview for the best opportunities to go after first, a waterfall chart showing you the best negotiation strategies, and a list view similar to the analyze module.

1:57 - The next module is the plan. We'll see the next you can create as many plans as you would like and each plan needs to be attached to a program.

2:05 - The plan module you can see the cash flow opportunity for this plan and also break it down into individual phases.

2:11 - Similar to the other modules this also has a list view up here. Next module is entities or supplier cards. Here you can see all the suppliers which were matched by the added platform.

2:22 - When you click on a card that will pop you into the specific supplier. You can also find the supplier by typing it into the top bar here.

2:30 - See the cash flow opportunity and the spend volume with the supplier. The buyer leverage, the credit rating along with also the payment terms and strategies that are available for the supplier.

2:40 - You can see the supplier. Live live live live live live live live live live the supplier and their family tree, so who is the ultimate parent as well as other suppliers you do business with that are owned by the same ultimate parent as the supplier.

2:49 - On the company details tab u U see information on the supplier you're viewing. Such as the ID numbers, the year founded, the industry, commodity, address, ownership, and also company description if available.

3:03 - The last tab on the supplier card is the ratings and metrics. This is where you can see the credit ratings, financing rate, other financial metrics as well as ESG rating and DEI if it's available on the supplier.

3:15 - Button here is where you add a supplier note for the specific supplier and save it. Thank you very much. The match is where you can compare your company to your competitors along with your peer group.

3:26 - The match module is where you see what suppliers were matched and which were the ones you provided in the original spend file.

3:33 - We have a match data summary here as well as a data quality and confidence score of the data with pie charts and a map of the suppliers.

3:43 - You can get a list that's downloadable and excel that shows you what we found versus what you provided along with if the supplier is matched or not.

3:52 - The last module here is set up; this is where you set up your strategies along with your buyer standard group and payment cycle float."
