0:09 - This goes over what data was matched from the originally provided spend file. We see here in this example, 2,875 unique suppliers that were matched, and also 4,436 spend lines.

0:22 - There are always the same number or greater than spend lines than suppliers that will never be less spend lines than suppliers.

0:29 - That's because a spend-line consists of different commodities, currencies, buying entities, et cetera, traded between suppliers. The supplier countries, which we're able to match, that the suppliers fall into, the industries that the suppliers fall into, this is always through the NAICS industry classification

0:50 - system, the commodities which were provided to us, if there is no commodities provided, then there are no commodities shown. The buying entities which were provided and the buyer countries that are represented by the buying entities.

1:06 - The next box of the right goes through the data quality. The first rating is the quality of data received. There's three levels to this low medium and high.

1:14 - This score comes from the amount of data that was provided to us originally in the spend file. The more data which was provided, the higher the quality of data received score.

1:26 - The next score is the confidence score. This is the level of confidence that we have in the matches which we're providing.

1:32 - There's five levels which range from which range from very low to very high in confidence. As you scroll down, we'll see a breakdown of the match data.

1:43 - You can break it down by spend volume, number of suppliers, number of spend lines or outstanding. Here we see that we've matched almost 98% of the spend volume provided.

1:53 - If we look at the suppliers, the number drops a bit to 88 and a half percent that were matched. The last box at the bottom goes through the top five.

2:04 -The top five suppliers, countries, industries, commodities, or currencies, and a quick breakdown in summary of those top five. The box at the right shows a breakdown of the map of where your buy-on to these are doing business.

2:19 - The larger the circle, the more number of suppliers you have in that country. You can hover over the circles to get a breakdown of this.

2:26 - For it in this example, in the United States, this buyer has 1,846 suppliers.
