Opportunity List View of Suppliers
The list view in this module of the ADA Platform allows users to efficiently display, filter, and customize information about matched suppliers, providing options for export to Excel and seamless access to detailed supplier information by clicking on their name.
Introduction:
- The second tab in the module is the list view, offering a comprehensive display of suppliers matched on the ADA Platform.
Display Options:
- By default, the list presents all matched suppliers, with options to view them as spend lines or at the ultimate parent level.
Filtering Functionality:
- Users can employ the filter button atop each column to sort and filter the list based on various data points in ascending or descending order, similar to Excel functionality.
Export Options:
- The list view provides the convenience of exporting the entire list or a customized selection based on applied filters to Excel.
- Column Customization:
- Users have the flexibility to add or remove specific columns according to their preferences, enhancing the customization of the displayed data.
Saving Changes:
- After making adjustments or applying filters, users can save their modifications.
Supplier Exploration:
- Clicking on a specific supplier's name in the list view automatically redirects users to that supplier's card, providing detailed information about the selected supplier.
User-Friendly Interface:
- The video emphasizes the user-friendly nature of the list view, making it easy for users to navigate and explore supplier data.
Efficient Data Analysis:
- The list view offers efficient tools for sorting, filtering, and exporting data, catering to users who are familiar with Excel-like functionalities.

- The ability to click on a supplier's name and immediately access their card streamlines the process of obtaining more detailed information about specific suppliers.
0:00 - The second tab in this module is the list view. When you click on list, you'll see by default a list of all the suppliers that were matched on the ADA Platform.
0:10 - You can also view these as spend lines or on the ultimate parent level. If you scroll over, you'll see on top of each column a filter button.
0:21 - Here you can filter the list by whatever data point you would like ascending descending. You can select filter, also similar to Excel.
0:34 -You have the option to export to Excel, this entire list, or just a limited list that you've created using the filters.
0:42 - You can also add or remove specific columns as you please. When you're done, you hit save. Lastly, if you were looking at a specific supplier, you can learn more about that supplier.
0:59 - All you do is you click on the name and that automatically pops you in to that supplier's card.
