Plan - List View of Suppliers
To access the list view in the ADA Platform, users switch from the overview tab to the list tab, where they can view matched suppliers by default, explore spend lines or ultimate parent levels, and filter phases as needed, offering sorting and filtering options for each column, the ability to export to Excel, hide or show specific columns for export, and a seamless transition to detailed supplier information by clicking on the supplier's name.
Navigation to List View:
- Users move from the overview tab to the list tab to access the list view in the ADA Platform.
Default Supplier Display:
- By default, the list view shows all suppliers matched on the ADA Platform, with options to view them by spend line or at the ultimate parent level.
Phases Customization:
- Users can choose to view all phases by default or navigate to specific phases or rest phases as needed.
Sorting and Filtering:
- Similar to other list views, users can sort and filter the list using filter buttons present on every column, providing customizable data exploration.
Export Options:
- The list view allows users to export the entire list or a filtered selection to Excel for further analysis.
Column Customization:
- Users have the flexibility to hide or show specific columns according to their preferences, ensuring a tailored and focused display of information.
- Note: Columns must be shown if users intend to export them; hidden columns will not be exported.
Saving Changes:
- After making adjustments, users can save their modifications.
Seamless Supplier Exploration:
- Clicking on a specific supplier's name within the list view instantly directs users to that supplier's card, providing a detailed and comprehensive overview.
User-Friendly Interface:

Comprehensive Data Analysis:

0:00 - To navigate to the list, you move from the overview tab to the list tab up top. then the list view, by default, it will show you all the suppliers which were matched on the ADA Platform.
0:13 - You can also view these by spend line or at the ultimate parent level. Also by default, we're looking at all phases.
0:21 - If you wanted to look at specific phases or rest phases, you can You navigate to them up top here. For this example, we're gonna stay on all phases.
0:31 - Similar to other list views, you can sort the list and filter using these filter buttons up top on every column.
0:40 - You can also export this list to Excel, as well as choose to hide or show specific columns as you please.
0:49 - You have to show the column if you would like it to be exported. If it's hidden, it won't export. After you're done, you hit save.
0:57 - to the other list we've covered in the platform, if you'd like to learn more learn more about a specific supplier, all you do is you click into that supplier and it will pop you into the supplier's card.
