Here's a quick breakdown:
- Find your way: Search for suppliers and parent companies directly from the home screen.
- Need more info? Pop up a supplier card for a closer look.
Switch gears
- Manage multiple companies or spend files? Use the dedicated drop-down lists to choose which one you're working with.
Go global
- Choose your preferred currency from a comprehensive list and view all data adjusted accordingly. Don't worry, the setting stays consistent across modules.
Stay informed
- Keep an eye on the notification bell for updates and alerts.
- Remember, the top ribbon simplifies your ADA Platform experience by providing familiar tools in every corner.
- Get comfortable with it, and navigating different modules will be a breeze!
0:01 - This here is the top bar and it's consistent throughout the entire ADA Platform no matter what module you're on.
0:08 - So let's start here on the top left. You'll see your company logo here. Always and whenever you click on that logo, it will take you back.
0:16 - To the home screen here is where you can search for not only suppliers, but also parents of matched companies on the ADA Platform from there.
0:27 - You can pop up the supplier card to see more information on that specific supplier or their parent. Next, this drop down list is only available if you have access to multiple companies on the platform.
0:40 - If not, there's only one option. To the right of that is another drop down list. This is only available if there's multiple spend files.
0:48 - Us. If you have only one spend file, there's only one option there. But you can switch between your spend files if you have multiple.
0:55 - Next is the currency selection. This is by default on USD, but can change to any of the currencies in the world.
1:03 - By default. It is exchange rate at the end date of the spend file. So this is tied to the spend file.
1:13 - It stays consistent throughout every module on the platform. So you only have to change it once and it will stay whatever currency is.
1:21 - See you next time. That is throughout the entire platform. To change the conversion rate or the end date, you can do that on the preferences here.
1:31 - That will be more in depth in another video. Lastly, this bell is where you can view your notifications.
