Introduction to Home Screen on the ADA Platform
- Four boxes on the home screen
- Each box serves a specific purpose
Top Left Box: Notifications
- Notifications about new spend files
- Updates related to financial transactions
Top Right Box: Updated Info
- Notifications regarding plan and program updates
- Information on changes made to existing plans
Bottom Left Box: Recently Viewed
- Displays modules recently accessed
- Timestamp, date, and viewer information provided
- Example: Plan viewed recently
Bottom Right Box: Notes
- Stores notes added to individual supplier cards
- Example: Note added three days ago to a supplier
Viewing Notes
- Three dots in the top right of the Notes box
- Clicking reveals all notes added to supplier cards
- Similar functionality in the Notifications box
Extended Views
- Three dots in the top left of Notifications box
- Clicking reveals all notifications on a separate page
- Convenient access to a comprehensive view of notifications and notes.

This is where you will see notifications regarding new spend files which were The next box to the right is called the updated info box This is where you will see notifications around plan and programs that were created or edited
0:21 - the bottom left box is called recently viewed which modules you most recently accessed you'll see here in this example that I viewed the plan recently it gives you who viewed it the timestamp and the date of which it was viewed you scroll down you can look into the see who viewed which module and at
0:42 - what time. The last box to the bottom right is called the notes. This is where you can see any notes that you've added to individual supplier cards.
0:52 - In this we see that I added a note three days ago here to this supplier you can see here in the bottom right hand box where notes are there's three dots in the top right hand corner.
1:04 - If you click on this you can view all notes which you've added to individual supplier cards. These three dots also appear on the top left box where we see the notifications.
1:15 - If you click on this you can view all notifications on their own page.
