0:00 - Alright now I'm gonna talk to you about the global filters. The global filters is a function that allows you to filter everything on the ADA Platform.
0:11 - Here on the top right corner you will see a filter logo. Right now in the program or in different screens you will you will see the full results of all the. For example this is with 6.6 billion dollars and a cash flow opportunity of 91,991.9 million dollars We have a bunch of metrics here
0:35 - that we can analyze to see the segmentation of the information uhh for example by the company size this is one example we we can use any uhh combination of two different metrics
0:49 - Now with the global filters we will be able to select from a bunch of different filters uhh what is is what we want to see for example here
1:05 - For example here I want to use uhh so if filter for example by uhh commodity so I'm gonna select only these four commodities uhh to see the information about them now if I click here show results results.
1:30 - This information will be adjusted only based on these four commodities selected here if I want to see what filter style selector or edit my selection I can click right on the filter selected to edit it.
1:45 - Or go back to the full filters right the active filters are going to be shown up here I could add another filter for example in size and rating I could do company size and only see the filters that are
2:01 - Mid-size medium the companies that are only mid-size medium so I click on results and this filter is added here now in this chart as you see only we have mid-size medium so all the charts all the information about spend volume and cash opportunity information in plan and the entities and the analyze
2:25 - everything is filtered based on these filters now I can save the this configuration this combination of filters I could save them I can click here and say okay these are commodity X and mid-size mid-size So, is medium okay like click save then this configuration is safe here now I can I can continue
3:00 - playing with the filters I could edit them at some point if for example I add another filter in supplier country let's say Australia, Argentina, and Armenia for example I can apply that filter I'm Okay.
3:22 - We don't have any any countries within this filter already apply but we can say for example uhh buyer we can select buyer one two and three .
3:41 - Now once that filter is applied I had this filter pre-selected so now I can save again and I update this filter pre-selected or save as new okay if I save as new.
3:54 - This would be a new combination now if I clear everything clear all the filters everything goes back to the original name but now if I have a drop down here where I can select the filter that was already saved it.
4:10 - So I don't have to go and select them again okay this is the function for filters I hope you enjoy it any questions let us know.
